President’s Academy 2023

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to attend Delta Sigma Pi’s Presidents’ Academy in St. Louis! Over 200 DSP presidents throughout the country gathered for the weekend to develop our leadership skills and learn about our personality types with The Birkman Method. 

This experience allowed me to meet and network with so many presidents and learn about the differences between our chapter operations. Through discussions and activities, we were able to extract best practices from all of our operations and return to our chapters with new ideas. 

Delta Sigma Pi offers so many leadership conferences such as Presidents’ Academy, LEAD, and GCC, and there are opportunities for all brothers to get involved. These conferences are a great way to learn how to be a better leader, meet other Deltasigs around the country, and learn more about the fraternity and how it operates on a national level. 

Presidents’ Academy has definitely been one of my favorite memories throughout my time in DSP, and in such a short amount of time I was able to learn so much about myself and how to effectively lead our Chapter.
