In February, six of our brothers had the incredible opportunity to represent our chapter at the Annual LEADS Provincial Conference in Washington D.C. It was an enriching experience that allowed our members to engage with business professionals as well as fellow Delta Sigma Pi brothers from other chapters in the Northeastern region. Through this, our brothers created personal and professional connections through their conversations.
The conference served as a platform for networking, giving our members the chance to meet with alumni, interact with nearby chapters, and engaging in thought-provoking discussions with professionals. This environment fostered collaboration, opening doors to new opportunities and insights into future careers.
In addition, the conference featured several impactful speakers who focused on leadership and professional development. Our brothers gained valuable skills through learning effective leadership practices, career strategies, and personal growth.
The skills and knowledge our brothers gained at the conference will be brought back to our chapter, where they will play a key role in helping us expand, evolve, and achieve great success within our organization. We are excited to see how these experiences will shape our chapter’s future and the impact they will have on our community as a whole!
