Spring 2025 Recruitment Recap

Our chapter recently hosted our recruitment week to form our 2025 Spring Rush Class.
Throughout the week, we organized a series of events that allowed our brotherhood to connect and engage with potential new members. One such event, Meet the Brothers, provided an opportunity for current members to build relationships with potential new members while sharing valuable information and insights about our fraternity.

We also hosted a Community Service event where brothers and potential new members came together to decorate Valentine’s Day cards for nursing homes across the Pittsburgh area.

For our Guest Speaker event, we had the privilege to welcome back recent graduate, Rece Shelly. Rece provided valuable interview preparation tips, helping us build our paths to success. From breaking down potential interview questions to sharing practical strategies, his guidance left a lasting impression. Following the talk, we conducted a speed interviewing session to enhance preparation and foster stronger connections.

Lastly, the week ended with our Formal Open House. At our Formal Open House, Connor Mack, Jack Finegan and Bailey Wallace participated in an engaging Alumni Panel. They shared their journeys through Delta Sigma Pi, their time at the University of Pittsburgh, and their current professional careers. Their stories reminded us how important it is to make the most of the opportunities we have.

Next, we held the resume review portion of the event. Our brothers evaluated the resumes of potential new members, offering constructive feedback to help them succeed in their upcoming interviews.

Overall, Spring 2025 Recruitment Week was a great success, and we are thrilled to welcome our newest pledge class. Stay tuned to meet the members of our Spring 2025 class!
